This lockdown had many downfalls but for me this lockdown turned out to be a blessing in disguise

For me my intrest started in lockdown because I couldn’t go any where the only place I could go was to my terrace, to look at the sun rises and sun set, and one day my neighbour was shifting her house so when she leaving, she gave me a rose plant it’s was a young plant with out any flowers, I gave it to my mom to take care of the plant and soon one day when I went to my terrace and noticed that there was a beautiful red rose on the plant that rose caught my attention.. It was really so beautiful and then i look around found that i had a pretty enough place to start a terrace garden. And then on my love for gardening stated…
my dad and mom help me to start terrace gardening.. They had good knowledge on gardening and thought me too I visited a nearby nursery and brought all the thing required with the help of my dad I started with small flowering plants (rose, jasmine, hibiscus, ect) and then started veggies like ( chilli, peas, radish, carrots,) tomatoes etc and then it continued…
I’ll share some tips on how to start terrace gardening
There are some basic requirements of terrace gardening these are the some things that one should consider before starting a terrace gardening…
∆ First and the four most thing is Enough space for gardening one can have a terrace, lawn, balcony, yard..
∆ The place should have enough sunlight depending on the plants minimum (7-8hrs a day)
∆ Pot should be wisely selected cause it should not be too heavyweight
∆ Terrace should have waterproofing setting on the floor because there will be leaking from pots holes
∆ Light weight pots are recommend example plastic pots, grow bags or a planter box which will last you for years
∆ Potting mixture is really important in giving good yeald
∆ Potting mix can be made in home but for beginners it is preferred to buy outside because it’s very huge process and technical
∆ For planting seeds I prefer you to go for hybrid seeds because pf it’s quality
∆ Watering should be done in the cool hrs of the day like morning or late evening because of less evaporation rate.
